Since 2011 we have been committed in providing short-stay housing in 'Noord-Holland'. Our first properties were located in a village near Alkmaar and Heerhugowaard. In 2019 we decided to sell our activities and move southwards to the Middenmeer Agriport area.
Currently we have available for rent:
- 1 person studio
- 3 person apartment
- 6 persson house
- 8 person house
Small scale housing (mininum of 1, maximum of 8 employees) in the Middenmeer area. Our houses have recently been completely renovated, modernized and adapted to today's requirements. All apartments are therefore fully furnished. You only need to bring clothes. The rental prices are per 4 weeks and include: water, internet and TV. Other costs will be charged monthly.
All conditions are clear, we aim to build a long lasting relationship with our customers.
Our customers include many international construction, engineering and IT companies.
Internet, water, taxes, furniture and if necessary cleaning is provided.
Do not expect us to host 20+ staff, we have only small scale properties.
